Business Visitor

Many professionals and businessmen and women visit Canada for conducting their business meetings and other business-related activities. Under business visitor category people can visit Canada and conduct certain business activities without the need of a work permit.

 

What activities can one do as a business visitor

 

• Come to Canada to take part in International business activities (buy Canadian goods or services, meetings, conference, conventions, trade fairs, training employees of a Canadian branch of a foreign company, giving after-sales services)

• Can not enter Canadian labor market

• Visit to Canada is temporary in nature (business growth, investment, business relationships)

• Business visitor can stay in Canada for up to 6 months, generally these visitors stay for a few days due to nature of activities applicable under this visa.
